About Attorney Lee

On January 1, 2020 Brian Lee joined Lee, Fadel & Beyer as a named partner. Over the past decade, Brian has developed an extensive and diverse practice based on his excellent reputation as a skilled litigator. At LF&B, Brian will concentrate on medical malpractice and commercial litigation cases.

A former partner at the Reminger law firm, Brian has defended architects and engineers in design defect disputes, as well as contractors and developers in construction defect and OSHA violation claims. He has also advised other business clients arising from allegations of product liability, tortious interference, enforcement/violations of non-compete agreements, breaches of contract, discrimination claims, and other business related litigation, including a premises liability claim made against a Fortune 500 company.  Brian has also represented medical institutions and physicians in medical malpractice claims as well as injured victims in personal injury cases where he recovered substantial awards or settlements for his clients.

His extensive litigation practice has required his appearance in numerous state and federal cases, both civil and criminal, in and outside of the State of Ohio.   Brian has represented clients in numerous other forums, including the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC).

Brian’s litigation skills have been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, as well as being honored as a “Rising Star”, a recognition given to less than 2.5% of lawyers in the State of Ohio, by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine.
Brian graduated from the University of Colorado and obtained his law degree and master’s degree from Cleveland State University.  He completed his law and master’s degrees simultaneously, a semester early, while working full-time as a law clerk and going to school at night.
